This kicks off just in time to get your New Year off to a healthy, stimulating, purpose-filled start and/or to begin taking your mind, body, spirit healing journey to new levels. Whatever your reason for enrolling in this course, rest assured that an exciting, new beginning awaits you!

Regular yoga practice for a minimum of the last six months; exceptions must be approved by teacher, Christopher Baxter

The practitioner who:
• Desires a less externally-oriented and more inner-directed, heart-centered practice
• Seeks to participate in a supportive community of yoga practitioners and teachers
• Is looking for a precise, anatomically consistent method of asana that is relational, respectful and responsive to the body’s wisdom
• Feels a call to teach, already teaches, or simply wants in-depth training
• Is ready for a fresh approach that awakens deeper self-awareness
• Prefers learning in a small group setting that engenders community, provides a closer student-teacher relationship and gives more personal attention.
• Strengthen each student’s cognitive and experiential understanding of yoga
• Provide each student with the skills to transmit that experience to others
• Create a learning environment that is safe, stimulating, enjoyable and meets the educational needs of each student
• Build community support and a spirit of cooperation during the training and after
• Support a lifetime of learning as a practitioner and teacher of yoga
• Enjoy our efforts and have fun during the training.

• Bandhas (Inner locks that aid in releasing fresh energy throughout the body)

• Deep Relaxation & Guided Imagery
• Teaching Practicums
