Yoga can beautifully meet the needs of the expectant mom’s changing body! The postures explored in this class will gently and safely stretch the pregnant body while stimulating body awareness for the mom-to-be. Prenatal yoga has been known to help women experience easier and more peaceful deliveries and begin their motherhood journey in a more relaxed state of being.
