Full Moon Meditation

Meditation assists practitioners deepen their awareness, develop skills of focused attention and experience compassion and joy. It also nurtures the spirit, calms the mind and emotions, providing mental clarity and perspective. Meditation has also been known to help ease a variety of medical conditions.

 

There is no fee for attending the Full Moon Meditation, however we do ask for a donation that will help buy school supplies for children in need.

 

 

Full Moon Meditation runs around the Full Moon Schedule each month from 7:40pm-8:30pm and no registration is required. The dates for Full Moon Meditation are as follows April 4th, May 9th, June 6th &27th, August 1st & 29th, October 3 & 31st, November 28th, and December 26th.
