Learn the basics in our 4 class series and experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of practicing yoga. In this series you will be guided into postures step by step instructions, provided verbal and hands on assistance, learn how to modify postures and have time for questions and discussions.

- Centering Skills, how to quiet the mind
