New to Yoga? This is a great way to start!

       Learn the basics in our 4 class series and experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of practicing yoga. In this series you will be guided into postures step by step instructions, provided verbal and hands on assistance, learn how to modify postures and have time for questions and discussions.

You will learn:

  • Basic Yoga Postures
  • Breathing Practices
  • Centering Skills, how to quiet the mind
  • Relaxation Techniques

Yoga builds strength, flexibility and balance in the body; expands breathing capacity, enhances concentration and decreases stress. Join us and experience life changing benefits as you begin your yoga journey in a cozy safe, supported environment.
