Lisa Lynn Anderson
Lisa discovered yoga in 2005 and knew from that very first class that her concept of exercise, fitness and over all well-being had changed forever. She completed her 200RYT in 2005 and recently achieved the designation of 500RYT. She is very active in volunteering on and off the mat and has a passion for giving back to the community any way she can.
“As a result of my own personal discovery and growth through a daily yoga and meditation practice, and with diligent study, my intention is to bring you the opportunity to deepen the quality of your breath, experience the integrity of each pose, and cultivate an awareness that comes from being fully present and more at home in your own body, mind, and spirit in each and every class.”
