Sarah Wolf is a long time yogi who has found purpose in teaching. Her catch phrase, “calm your inner howl”, is about more than yoga poses. Sarah focuses on the mind and spirit, as well as the body, through her mind-body and gentle yoga classes. Following her philosophy, “if you don’t use it, you lose it”, she focuses on helping people maintain mobility and increase flexibility. Her classes are lighthearted and full of laughter. She is focused on improving her skills through advanced yoga training with a therapeutic yoga focus.
