A studio for everybody and every body
My yoga journey began in 2000. Like many people, I started practicing where I had a gym membership. There, the focus was on a strictly physical practice, which was mostly stretching. After seeking alternative treatment for a surgical injury, my acupuncturist suggested I try a traditional yoga practice. The next day I tried a vinyasa class & it was like nothing I had ever experienced. There was warmth, breath and beautiful movement. I found my place. Over the next 18 years, my practice style transitioned many times but my intention remained constant; seek balance.
As an E-RYT 200 teacher, I enjoy guiding others to find balance through a personal yoga practice. Even in a large class, I encourage students to make each practice their own. I currently lead vinyasa, mind body and adaptive practices in both group and private settings.
