Did you know that when the head hangs lower  than the heart, this simple
bending posture has an immediate calming  effect on the body? And this is only
one of the many  positive rewards the body receives from the wide variety
of yoga  postures. Yoga postures — guided by conscious breathing —
naturally cleanse  and restore the body. Get a taste of this for yourself — at your
own pace  — at Fall Restoration Retreat.

Walking Meditation &  Journaling:

There is restorative power to walking followed  by documenting thoughts and
feelings, therefore, Fall Restoration  Retreaters will have the opportunity
to journal (provided) after  a lovely walk along Plainfield Avenue. This
walking/journaling combo will  be effective in helping to release old
thoughts, making way for new,  fresh energy.


$145 for full weekend.
Deposit: $20 with payment in full 10 days prior  to retreat.

Friday — November 6, 2009

6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. — Introductions and  Yoga session

7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. — Intro to  Juicing & Smoothies

8:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. — Journaling and  Sharing

Saturday — November 7,  2009

9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. — Welcome and Yoga  session

10:00 a.m. — 11:15 a.m. — Intro to and  hands-on with Coconut Water
(Short walk may be included during this  hour.)

11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. — Demo of Living  Food Lunch (A hands-on

12:15 p.m. — 12:30 p.m. — Break / Living  Food and Yoga Trivia

12:30 p.m. — 1:15 p.m. — Living  Food Dining Experience

1:15 p.m. — 1:30 p.m. — Break / Living  Food and Yoga Trivia

1:30 p.m. — 2:30 p.m. — Meditation  Walk / Journaling

2:30 p.m. — 3:00 p.m. — Closing remarks and  Sharing
